The investment for birth doula support is $1,400, with 50% due upfront to secure your services and the remaining balance due by 36 weeks gestation. This investment ensures you receive comprehensive, personalized care throughout your pregnancy, including education, emotional support, birth preparation, and customized guidance to help you feel confident and empowered as you approach birth. Payment plans may be available upon request to accommodate your needs.

I offer two in-person prenatal visits lasting one hour each to ensure you're fully supported as you prepare for your birth experience. During these sessions, we will discuss your birth preferences and create or refine your birth plan. We’ll also explore different pain management techniques and review what to expect during labor and delivery. If you have any concerns or fears, we will address and work through them together. We will discuss how you'd like the support of a birth doula during your labor. If you plan to have a support person with you during your birth, it’s helpful for them to attend at least one of the prenatal visits so we can ensure everyone is aligned and prepared.
I provide continuous support throughout labor and delivery, helping you feel calm, informed, and empowered during your birth experience. This includes assistance with pain management techniques, positioning, and emotional support tailored to your needs. Additionally, I offer up to 2 hours of postpartum support following your birth, at your discretion, to help you with initial bonding, breastfeeding, and any immediate recovery needs. I’m here as your doula to ensure you feel supported every step of the way, both during labor and in the early moments after your baby arrives.
I offer two in-home postpartum visits to support you during your recovery and transition into parenthood. The first visit takes place within the first three weeks, and the second by six weeks postpartum. During these visits, we’ll check in on your physical and emotional well-being, discuss newborn care, reflect on your birth experience, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Additionally, I remain on call for you throughout your first six weeks postpartum, providing continuous postpartum doula support and guidance as you adjust to life with your new baby.

The investment for this package is $40-$45 per hour. These hours can be flexibly scheduled based on your needs, whether you prefer daytime assistance, overnight care, or a combination of both. The structure allows for personalized, uninterrupted care, ensuring you and your family feel supported, rested, and confident as you transition into life with your newborn.
This 1-1.5 hour appointment is an opportunity for us to build a strong, trusting relationship as we prepare for your postpartum journey with doula support. During this time I will get to know you, your family, and your unique needs, ensuring that my support is tailored to your preferences and lifestyle. We will discuss your expectations, concerns, and hopes for the postpartum period, covering topics such as newborn care, feeding plans, emotional wellbeing, and household support. This session also allows me to understand your personal recovery goals and any specific ways I can help make your transition smoother as a postpartum doula.
This includes hands-on newborn care, allowing you to get much needed rest while ensuring your baby is well cared for. My goal is to make your transition smoother by offering practical guidance, emotional reassurance, and expert care, so that you feel empowered, prepared, and at ease caring for your little one.

This service includes light household support to help keep your home running smoothly while you focus on recovery and bonding with your new baby. Tasks may include dishes, laundry, family meal prep, tidying common areas, and organizing baby supplies. My goal is to create a calm, stress-free environment so you can rest, heal, and enjoy precious time with your newborn.

You have the option to add additional prenatal or postpartum appointments providing additional doula support tailored to your needs! These can be done virtually or in person, based on your needs.
These may include herbal sitz baths, soothing nipple balms, belly oils, lactation-supporting teas, or other restorative remedies.
You have the option to add nourishing meals to your package for additional support and convenience!
